 GranuLab (M) Sdn Bhd – a BioNexus Status Company (BNX 100217), was established since May 2006. It is a medical device manufacturing company for synthetic bone graft GranuMas®.

Granulab is a subsidiary of SIRIM Tech Venture (STV), a company wholly owned by SIRIM Berhad. Granulab manufacturing facility is certified with ISO 13485:2003 by BSI, UK. The facility is well equipped and capable of producing multiple types, form, shape and size of synthetic bone grafts to cater to the needs of clients, hospitals and patients.

We are urgently seeking qualified and dynamic professionals who are ready for a challenging career to join us as:

POSITION                              :            MARKETING MANAGER

PLACEMENT                         :           GRANULAB (M) SDN. BHD.

BASED                                     :           KOTA KEMUNING, SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and drive marketing strategy and positioning for the organization.
  2. Planning and Co-ordinating group marketing campaigns, activities and events.
  3. Determine the marketing budget and ensure the budget is not exceeded.
  4. Research about the current marketing trends and keep tabs on competitors.
  5. Briefing & coordination with creative agencies & suppliers to develop advertising & promotion collaterals.
  6. Recommending effective media buying strategies and identifying the accurate channels for campaign marketing.
  7. Continually identify and improve the brand positioning and core customer segments.
  8. Develop and lead the product portfolio strategy, lead the product portfolio development in line with market changes.
  9. Perform ad-hoc projects as assigned by superior.

Requirements

  1. Minimum Degree or Master in Marketing/Management/Advertising/Mass Communications its related equivalent.
  2. At least 12 years of relevant experience in medical industry.
  3. Possess marketing communications with digital media experiences is an added advantage.
  4. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong command of written and oral English
  6. Good influencing and presentation skills.
  7. Attention to details and able to work independently.
  8. Creative and lateral thinker.
  9. Must have own transportation and is willing to travel.

 

POSITION               :            EXECUTIVE (SALES & MARKETING)

PLACEMENT         :           GRANULAB (M) SDN. BHD.

BASED                      :          KOTA KEMUNING, SHAH ALAM, SELANGOR

Responsibilities:

  1. Accomplish the sales & marketing responsibilities to build the new customer base, achieve revenue targets and ensure customer satisfaction.
  2. Generates and maintain the existing customer sales leads and contact customers in a timely manner to achieve revenue targets and maximize customer satisfaction.
  3. Collect and provide customer feedback on service for future enhancement and new product development to enhance the service standards.
  4. Maintain and support customer related matters to ensure customer satisfaction and work closely with operations and related departments to resolve customer issues.
  5. Identify new customers and develop customer relationship.
  6. Organize Continuous Medical Education (CME) and promotion program.
  7. Monitor product at each hospitals and clinic – consignment and distributed by agents
  8. Select related exhibition and organize to participate.

Requirements

  1. Degree in Business Administration or its related equivalent.
  2. Minimum 1 years experience in Sales & Marketing environment preferred.
  3. Possess good interpersonal skills and good command of written & spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  4. Demonstrate ability in analytical thinking, problem solving, written and communication skills
  5. Must have own transportation and is willing to travel.
